Hi,

Strife truncates files with a filename greater than 160 characters, giving them a checksum of zero.

Also, what is the file limit (16,384 files exceed this limit)?

Sorry for the delay in posting back, just updating the site after ages and noticed this lonesome post!

I will look at the 160 character problem in next release.

The file limit can be specified as a command line parameter -fxxxxx there xxxxx is the number of files.

The default as you say is 16384 but I have tested successfully up to 1 million.

e.g.
strife.exe -f65536

Latest release (1.4x) now has 250 character file limit and automatically increases file limit! Very Happy
